"We could not have been happier with Mike and his entire team! Before the remodel, we read a lot about how remodels are almost always over budget and/or don't finish on time. This project was on time, on budget, and we are thrilled with the results. Mike is very responsive when we had questions, kept us up to date on progress, and was ready with options if a problem would arise. Mike's team found some structural issues in the breezeway remodel that were not apparent before demolition and when he contacted me with the bad news, he already had several options, estimated costs, and had consulted with the city inspector to ensure the options would work. He was on top of things throughout the remodel. Mike is very professional himself, and he has a great group of people working with him. They did a good job keeping the space clean at the end of the day, respecting our living space, and paying attention to quality workmanship. His pricing was comparable to the other contractors that provided bids, but he really put in the up-front work to ensure the project would go smoothly, and it did. Once it was all said and done, I couldn't have been happier with the result and the overall process. I would definitely hire Mike again, and I have already recommended him to several friends for their projects."

It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. So I have no complaints I working on many projects to get locked down so I can get assistance from these guys. Interactions were friendly and down to earth.
