"It took more than 4 months to get this project done. Mainly due to the electrician and plumber not willing to travel to my residence. The contractor himself was very professional. and hard working. His hired team on the other hand was not. Due to no insulation heat had been turned down in the house. I opened the door to a heat wave. The electrician had messed with my thermostat and blasted the heat and didn't turn it back down. I also question the reliability of his team. When asked if there was a cover on my vent. He was told there was but when I went to check there wasn't one on there. Work was done and passed inspection. However will be more careful with a big job requiring outside labor."

There were a few unexpected changes to layout due to structural constraints, which resulted in a less efficient flow. The cost of change orders were not clearly explained prior to execution. The contractor was very hands on and at the job site extensively, and she was easy to get a hold of. The carpenter was not available to work on the project on Fridays, which did extend the project timeline. The contractor pointed out repairs/improvements that needed to be made to bring the home up to code. This added cost, but was necessary and appreciated."
