INNOVATIVE STUCCO INC

I hired Innovative Stucco a few years ago to do some work on my garage, and I just had them re-stucco my entire house and garage this summer. They do great work, and I am very pleased with the result. Austin, Sophia and Caleb worked hard for two days, and my house looks beautiful. They went above and beyond. The owner Duane also always got back to me quickly when I emailed him with questions. They were all responsive, professional, and friendly.

Innovative Stucco has been a joy to work with. Their expertise in restoring an aging wall with cracks and bulges was well planned and executed at a reasonable cost. They also power washed the rest of our home which helped greatly in blending the new with the old. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Innovative Stucco did a great job repairing and replaced damaged stucco on the front of our porch. They were timely and thoughtful in their communications with us throughout the project and easy to work with. We've received many compliments on their transformational change to our house and are very happy with the quality of IS' work. We'd highly recommend them to others.

This is an excellent company. Duane Benkowski's son Austin did the work. Nice young man and very skilled. Overall the project went well. When I communicated there was a small problem in one part of the project, Duane and Austin were very responsive to my concerns. The problem was addressed in very short order. Once again a great company.

Duane got us an estimate last year, but we weren’t quite ready to pull the trigger until this spring. He was very responsive, and got us on the schedule as soon as the weather was warm enough. He revised the price slightly over last year, but not by much, and he was still under the other companies’ quotes from last year. The two-man team did a beautiful job matching the color and texture to the rest of the house. They left our property spotless when they were done, and they even installed our new shutters for us. It’s beautiful! I highly recommend Innovative Stucco.

Innovative stucco repaired a large wall that had been extensively damaged, from the inside by water, The stucco work was well done, high quality, and from the street looks and blends in well with the other surrounding stucco walls. Innovative Stucco was always professional, willing to take on small tasks at our request even though not originally contracted for. The company was "customer-oriented" and made great effort to answer any and all questions. Work site clean-up was excellent. We are a townhouse association with a number of different homeowners and board members, who were uniformly pleased with the results. We would certainly recommend this company to others, and will use them in the future

Duane is an awesome person to work with!! His pricing is extremely competitive and his workmanship is excellent. We were concerned about color matching for the stucco but you can’t even tell he patched three areas. He is punctual, extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Innovative Stucco for future projects !

Really well. This was last fall. Had contacted about 10 other companies over 4 weeks with little to no response. They came to south Mpls and did the job quickly, well and for a very good price. Highly recommend!

It went wonderfully. Duane is very easy to work with. He returns your calls promptly, shows up when scheduled and does a very professional job. This is the 2nd time I have used him and will use him again.

Stucco is stunning, and workmen did an excellent job. They were careful to not harm the outside plants, and laid down tarps to remove the majority of the debris. Professional follow-through before, during, and after the project, including the city inspection.

From start to finish the job was handled extremely well. Communication was great, work was performed in a timely and professional manner, and finished product looks great. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

The work was done in the given time frame and done extremely well. Very good communication. The extent of the work ended up being than the original quote but everything was explained and presented to me before work was done and only was done after I confirmed fixing. Also was very helpful when a potential issue with the window itself was discovered with a window contact and had information back on it same day - turned out to not be an issue. Would recommended to others looking for stucco repair

It went great. They were very honest, had good price, did good service and good workmanship.

Great, finally a good experience with a contractor since buying a home 4 years ago. I truly think Duane's business is one of the few left that care about their clients and want them to be happy. He's kind and considerate, along with his crew. Plus I never had any trouble getting a hold of him or a response!

Duane was even helpful with giving recommendations for contractors to help fix a rotted out plate that was found after busting out the stucco.

These guys know their stuff, Duane is very knowledgable and can answer all the questions you have.  As for dos and don'ts - do hire them if you want great looking stucco!
