"The team of painters did a great job.  We are very pleased with the work and have had several neighbors comment on how wonderful the house looks.  There was quite a bit of repair work on wood trim and stucco that was completed.  Brennan and the team were flexible when we made some changes or needed some additional work through the course of the project.  They had to work around some weather, and were careful not to rush the work so that each coat of paint had sufficient time to dry.  The team did a good job cleaning up as well.
We received several estimates, all from Angie's list service providers, for the cost of the work that varied widely.  We were amazed that one service provider gave us an estimate that was over double that of Brennan's.  Brennan and his team delivered high quality work at a reasonable cost."
