"The team of painters did a great job.  We are very pleased with the work and have had several neighbors comment on how wonderful the house looks.  There was quite a bit of repair work on wood trim and stucco that was completed.  Brennan and the team were flexible when we made some changes or needed some additional work through the course of the project.  They had to work around some weather, and were careful not to rush the work so that each coat of paint had sufficient time to dry.  The team did a good job cleaning up as well.

"We hired Barrier Construction to take care of some stucco issues and repair some structural damage on our house. They were great to work with. They were able to deal with both the structural issues AND the stucco issues, while all other companies we spoke to only dealt with one or the other (meaning we would have to hire and coordinate multiple contractors) and they did a great job. They even noticed and corrected some cosmetic issues (for al fee) that another company had created when working on the house. (They were a mild annoyance whenever we looked at the house but would have been a big lift for us to fix ourselves, and we appreciated their proactive approach when we felt the other company had been fairly neglectful and inattentive to detail in their work). While other general contractors we’ve worked with have been difficult to get ahold of or generally haven’t felt very ‘present’, Barrier was easy to communicate with, they kept us updated, were very responsive, and answered all of our questions. "Daren was very nice to work with, starting with the bid process and continuing throughout the job. He was very responsive and concerned about our satisfaction with the work. The price was very reasonable for all that work on 30 windows and other side projects. The windows look much better and it really brightens up the house even though we decided not to paint the stucco. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the work. We had a few issues along the way, which seems to happen with any house project. Issues included some problems with clean up and some damage to lawn and plants. There also could have been better communication when the start date was delayed. However, any time that there was a problem Daren worked hard to fix it. He is a very honest guy and easy to work with. He included some free work to compensate for the issues that arose. Despite the few hiccups, with the quality of the work I give the overall experience an ''A''."
