"The experience from the initial quote to the actual application of stucco was very smooth.  The explanation of the process and what to expect was very clear.
There were some repairs to the existing stucco (cracks) and this work was performed quickly and was well done.  Two weeks was allowed for the repairs to cure.  We asked for an estimate of when the follow on work would occur and Bill (McClellan) was right on time with his estimate.
The crew of four showed up on a Monday and began the process with prepping which included taping windows, removing gutter downspouts, removing lights, removing  house numbers, and erecting scaffolding.  Particular attention was used in lying down drop cloths.  It was clear that great care was taken to protect the house and plantings.
The individuals on the crew had clearly worked together for a long time and they worked very well together.  Everyone had a role and they used their time efficiently.
The end product is very well done.  It is apparent that the persons actually applying the mortar were trained and skilled craftsmen who had years of experience.  Their help with color and texture was very valuable.
The crew was very good about cleaning up.  They made certain that any mortar remains were cleaned up and that the driveway was washed down.

The finished the repair in 2 visits and the repair looks top-notch, blending in with the old stucco. Very professional and pleasant to work with."

"We had them out last fall to replace the stucco around a new patio door and window. It was a small job in terms of scale and they did a great job. The real nice touch was that he matched the stucco color to the color of the painted stucco on the rest of the house. Even though I had planned on priming and painting it (and still will), it was just a nice touch... won't need as much paint now. They were in and out quickly. I would recommend them."

"I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance. "They had a total of four employees come out and it took a couple of weeks to complete due to the drying of the stucco. You will get good workers. They didn't give a good heads up when showing up but it didn't cause any problems. This is a relevant problem with any construction company though."

"Jose was great to work with. He showed up when he said he would and was really meticulous in his work. The damage to the stucco on my chimney was way more extensive than originally thought with underlying brick damage. We agreed to a new fee - I could see the extensive damage. Even with the new fee it was more than reasonable. The final repair work looks great. I am really pleased. I think Jose addressed what could have been a very serious issue down the road. Highly recommend."

"Phillepe did a superp job at cutting out a small wall in condo and fixing floor to match. A+. Great on communicating. Great pricing. The job was a rather large one, I personally in hind sight do not recommend spraying paint for condos in winter due to ventilation. But after a few weeks when the air cleared, I am appreciative of the nice clean lines they did on painting. They re sprayed ceiling too to get it whiter. All the spray was a bit much for me, air wise, and although I was not fully moved in at the time, it took a little time for it to settle. I personally would request hand painting next time around, as over spray can float or get it's mist settling on wood or in air more than expected, as long as adequate ventilation is available. But I am doing my review now, several months later, because I appreciate how my condo looks (the job) so much. Lines good, and job over all worth it. Phillepe wanted me to be happy and is very friendly. Overall, I am glad he helped paint it, and as mentioned lines are very clean, and the wall cut out and floor match job done well."

"Dennis Nagel and his two man crew spent 3 days scraping the exterior of
the house. They did a complete and detailed job removing peeling paint
from the cedar shakes. I was impressed how hard they worked at scraping. They barely took any breaks. Tarps were placed under all areas scraped and the paint chips were disposed by the crew. They taped and covered windows and then applied the primer.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
They were prepared to start painting the following day but the weather didn't
cooperate. They removed the plastic for the weekend and on Monday taped
and hung the plastic again.
Dennis and crew started painting in the
morning, but when it got hot in the afternoon they stopped so the paint
could dry naturally.
Overall they did an excellent job and was more
concerned about quality  than speed. It took a couple of days
longer than expected but that was due to additional time scraping and the
hot weather.
