"Scott responded quickly and came out to give estimate. Having used him previously, I decided to go with his quote. He said he was booked out a ways but would fit my [smaller?] job in. Within a few weeks he came over, set up a scaffold and began removing stucco. As suspected, the damage was broader than his original guess after he removed material to find a firm surface. He told me there would be additional charges but the numbers remained reasonable. The area was repaired and covered with the first layer. After a week or two, the second/final layer was applied. The color is lighter than the old (ugly) stucco but I am happy with the result."

"Eagle used Timberline HDZ shingles which are top quality. They did a great job. Their cleanup of the debris on the ground was perfect. I had a pricey small tree which was near the house, wherein a flying shingle could snap some branches. They literally built a plywood box to protect the tree, which it did. "I went with Higgins based on reputation and examples of their work in town. They did an excellent job remodeling the exterior of our modest 1950s rambler and detached garage. Our home had the original painted cedar shakes still in place and windows that were a mix of old and newer home depot specials. The gutters were leaking and the garage was looking a bit tired! Mike Higgins was my main contact. I had him come out to estimate a price for siding and windows only, but it soon became clear we were looking at a total exterior remodel. It took time to get buy in from the wife on such a time consuming and expensive project, but no one can argue with the result: neighbors referring to our property as "beautiful" and saying "it looks like [you] built a new house and new garage." Mike came out to measure the windows in January. It took time for me to decide on the siding look and color (wanted something that would not fade) and to get into the schedule. They started work in mid-April. Brought in dumpster. Tore off old siding and doors. Wrapped the house and garage. Lifted the garage and replaced the original rafters. Replaced windows and basement windows. Put on the trim, fascia, soffits and gutters. Install new lights and door buzzer. All first class, quality MN products installed by seasoned professionals. The actual siding and windows lasted about 3-4 weeks and then some follow on work after that. Communication was email, phone, text message and personal meeting, always responsive and courteous. The crew was professional and courteous to me and my family. Issues always come up in any job, but the ones that came up during this job were resolved quickly and equitably. Mike is pretty laid back about changes in scope and honest in his pricing. I would advise that if you have very specific ideas in mind for your home, clearly write them down or show Mike what you want. This may seem obvious to most, but I had no experience with a project like this and I was not prepared for all the minor decisions that go into a major project like this."

"We sustained substantial damage during the 6-29-2015 hailstorm. There was the need to replace everything on the roof. Mike the salesman came out the day after I asked for an estimate. He sent me a detailed estimate by E-mail the following day. There then was some of the usual back & forth; I asking for clarification  - details - on some items before signing the contract. The work on the roof was scheduled for 9-9-2015. On that day 7 men (which included the foreman of the crew) arrived at the appointed time. As he promised to do, Nick - the project manager - came by periodically during the day and was there to insure the finished product was correct. The work on the roof could not have been handled in a better - more professional - way.  I was 100% satisfied.
The firm used an outside company for the installation of the new rain gutters, downspouts and rain gutter screens. That work was also well done; again I was 100% satisfied.
I have a stucco covered dwelling. The insurance company allowed for the painting of the exterior fascias and the wood around all of the windows, around the doors, etc. Wright at Home Services does not offer this service; they do not do painting. I do not recall being told this in my initial contacts with the salesman. This was cause for a bit of a hang up but it was then resolved to my satisfaction. This is the only reason I gave a "B" for professionalism in the above ratings. 
What impressed me as much as the quality of the work was the responsiveness of all members of the firm with whom I had contact. This includes Mike the salesman, Nick the project manager and Roxanne in the office. In this area they were terrific.
