"Wonderful. Bill and his team were great to work with and the final product is just stunning. "We had some stucco that was buckling on the front of our house. Modern Exteriors fit in the repair into their tight schedule to accommodate our spring plans. We did not have to present for the work. "John was awesome! He was very prompt and friendly. It took him longer than he expected but he didn't complain. The plaster on the inside and stucco on the outside look like it was always there. I would hire again for other projects."

"They had a total of four employees come out and it took a couple of weeks to complete due to the drying of the stucco. You will get good workers. They didn't give a good heads up when showing up but it didn't cause any problems. This is a relevant problem with any construction company though."
