"Wonderful. Bill and his team were great to work with and the final product is just stunning. "Our old 1919 house needed more than a simple face lift. We got a couple of estimates, and Modern Exteriors came in several thousand dollars lower. Scott seemed knowledgeable and easy to work with, so we hired them. Our old house was leaky, so the sandblasting created lots of dust inside the house despite their best efforts to seal it. The only other hang up was the discovery of rotten studs underneath the old stucco. Scott connected us with carpenters who were able to expedite the repair, and we're happy with the finished exterior."

"They had a total of four employees come out and it took a couple of weeks to complete due to the drying of the stucco. You will get good workers. They didn't give a good heads up when showing up but it didn't cause any problems. This is a relevant problem with any construction company though."
