The only other hang up was the discovery of rotten studs underneath the old stucco. Scott connected us with carpenters who were able to expedite the repair, and we're happy with the finished exterior."

"We had them out last fall to replace the stucco around a new patio door and window. It was a small job in terms of scale and they did a great job. The real nice touch was that he matched the stucco color to the color of the painted stucco on the rest of the house. Even though I had planned on priming and painting it (and still will), it was just a nice touch... won't need as much paint now. They were in and out quickly. I would recommend them."

"I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance. "This was a big job, but we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We had honey oak trim everywhere in our house and Brennan's team painted all of the trim, doors, vanities, etc. to a pretty white. Once the oak was gone, they painted most of the walls in the house. It turned out beautiful!"
