A fantastic experience. Would hire again immediately. Extensive attention to detail, explanation of work and estimate was exceptional. Crew moved appliances, kept the areas clean and worked REALLY hard. I have complete faith in Victor and his crew. Always felt very comfortable during the 1 week job and no worries about security. Went the extra mile to secure all the original flooring to make sure all squeaks were eliminated. Could not be happier with the outcome.

We have worked with Victor twice now and both times have been fantastic. The first time we hired him, we needed floors done on 2 levels of our house. We had LVP put in and we love our new floors. This most recent time we hired him to do our master bathroom remodel. We tore out our existing shower/flooring/vanity, etc and replaced it all. He did an amazing job on everything! The tiling is incredible and everything turned out beautifully. All of the shower prep work was done properly as well - we had been sending picture updates to a family member in the construction business and he was impressed by the work. Victor's level of communication is what really sets him apart from anyone else we've worked with. He keeps you informed and always replies to texts/emails/calls right away. He also sends out people who are very nice and who respect your home and clean up after themselves. And if any mistakes are made, he is quick to make it right. (We had an issue with our shower door - upon install the glass installer cracked our brand new shower tile. I sent a picture to Victor and within minutes (literally) he had talked to the glass installer, texted me saying he'd replace the broken tile and reinstall the door, and then he showed up about 15 minutes later to see the tile and put together a plan for making it right. And 2 days later it was fixed and re-installed). Our tile installer was Dmitiry - who I also HIGHLY recommend, he does fantastic work!!

Victor and his crew did a great job on our kitchen backsplash. The job was done quick and with little mess. I would definitely hire them again.

Metro Floors, Victor Lake, did an excellent job in remodeling a 3/4 bathroom. Removed old shower stall, vanity, medicine cabinet and toilet. Tiling the shower, walls and floor. The workmanship was excellent. Victor communicated well and kept the project on schedule. I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone having a similar project.

The outcome ended up wonderful! I got 4 bids for the job and Metro Floors fell in the middle of the quotes and I am thrilled I went with Metro Floors. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and after the new tile in the master bath shower was installed I did not like how one of the stone tiles looked. It was not related to the installation but to the imperfection in the natural stone tile itself. I requested they replace that stone tile with a different piece. They said no problem, tore out the piece in question and replaced it at no additional cost - that is first class customer satisfaction! I would highly recommend Metro Floors and will use them again in the future.

It went perfectly. The workers did a fantastic job, cleaned up every day, were efficent, friendly and most importantly very good at their jobs.

Better than expected. Victor was very respectful of me as a single woman. He is a great communicator and it is obvious he takes pride in his craftsmanship. He went above and beyond. My shower door wasn’t in so he bought a shower curtain and rod so I could shower at home until it was in. He was timely and the whole job took only two weeks. There were a few plumbing issues and he just rolled with it. He made the process very easy. I can not say enough good things about him. I’m already planning my next project. I will never use anyone else.

These guys were excellent - I needed to find a replacement tiler in a hurry and they inserted my job into their schedule precisely as requested. The tiler is something of an artist; and his partner, who cut the tiles, was just as qualified. The work was performed right on time and even nicer work than I'd anticipated. I will recommend them to anyone needing professional work done right.

Metro Floors gave me the lowest bid for the work I needed done on a rental property of mine. I needed the carpet removed and laminate flooring put in to match some other laminate flooring in the house. Victor was very responsive and worked with both myself and the renter to find the right flooring and to arrange agreeable times for the work to be done. When it was completed, he promptly sent me pictures via text and it looked great. They really matched the previous flooring well. Couldn't have gone more smoothly. Thank you to Victor and his crew!

Victor was amazing in his quick response time and professionalism. He and his crew had the whole job done in 2 weeks from our first meeting with him to completion. He was very responsive and quick to fix any problems that occurred. they were all courteous and tidy. We elected to go with granite which was $1000. more but that was our choice. So glad we did. It's beautiful and Victor's team matched the pattern of the granite perfectly where the seam was in the piecing of the granite. After it was all done he went beyond his finished work and gave us a referral for a custom cabinetry guy for some cabinetry work we now need to do to fit our too big new fridge. Thanks Victor. We are recommending you to all our neighbors and friends.

Victor is wonderful to work with. I hired him after reading reviews on Angie's List. He is responsive, fair, and professional. I am a perfectionist, and sadly I sometimes expect the same from people I hire to do work in my home. I can honestly say the tile I had installed in my home is perfect. No detail was overlooked, and I am so happy with the project. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Victor and his team! First, their customer service is phenomenal. He responded to my request for a quote within 24 hours and unlike other tile contractors who gave me an estimate via email, Victor stopped by to discuss my two projects and view the space. He measured carefully and discussed tile options with me, and then provided a detailed quote with a complete breakdown of labor and material costs. Victor then went above and beyond to adjust his team's schedule so the tiling could be completed before our house went on the market. Our kitchen backsplash and fireplace hearth tile are beautiful and we are thrilled with the results! Victor clearly takes pride in his work. Installed in one day. Looks great. This was one of those jobs where you just don't have the time to call 50 different tile people and wait for 6 to actually show up and maybe give you a quote a week later. The tile store I used had a short list of people they recommended and then I cross referenced with Angie's List. They were fast, responsive and we are happy with the install. Did I pay too much for all this? Maybe, but that's how it goes when you need a job done and have no time to mess around trying to save a nickel.
