"I have a very old (almost 100 year old) house that I hired them to refinish the hardwood floors. What made this a 2 star and not a 5 star is the serious lack of communication. Paul was out many times (around 5 or so) to see what myself and my family were doing to get the house ready. Since it?s old there were 2 closets and the entry that had a tar paper on them. I had always let Paul know this and that was not an issue until the day that his son and grandson showed up to do the work. Then his son, Kevin tried backing out of it. I had to call Paul and talk to him about the issue. The work got done in the end but I have no idea why Paul didn?t take pictures or let Kevin know of the problem areas to show him before the contract was signed. Also wasn?t made aware I might have to pay more until he came for the last check. Nothing on the contract stated there could be add on for work, but he was asking for more because of the closets and entry. I paid what was agreed to by contract only."

After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. Half down was due when the materials were dropped off. The craftsmen did a great job with prep, install, sanding, dust control, and finish. There was no noticeable odor or smell. The job was completed ahead of schedule on our tight timeline. Final payment of the second half was due upon job completion. There were no hidden costs or change orders. Service, communication, pricing and overall experience was 5 star."
