Riley always kept me informed on the progress of the work he was doing and before leaving THOROUGHLY explained the condition of my air conditioner and what I can do to extend its life. Fortunately my air conditioner, even though it’s 11 years old, is in great condition and I plan on doing things to prolong its life. Overall I would give Riley a rating of 10.
