"It went fantastic! They showed up on time, got to work, were personable and happy to throw in a free furnace cleaning as the project wasn’t as complex as they assumed. They even had time to do a quick chimney cleaning. We couldn’t be more pleased. And the air quality in our condo is noticeably better. We had been given the runaround over and over by other companies and hed to threaten to sue one in small claims before they did the right thing and issued a refund. Don’t take a chance on wasting your time with unrated businesses. I will only go through Angie’s List from now on. They also replaced a metal piece to replace the tape the other company left after removing their magical UV cleaning light fixture. They had promised to come back and replace it with a plate, and never showed up. "My God! Dan came out this morning, I explained what was done, he went to work on it right away! My furnace stopped working December 25th, 2024, no heat till today! Keep in mind, the last technician I hired in January 2025, charged me 240 dollars for 20 minutes analysis just to tell me I need new furnace and AC central, my AC works beautifully. Then I used 4 space heaters to keep my house warm! Man my electric bill was over 400 dollars the first month and climbing higher each coming months till Spring arrived! I hired B & D Plumbing and Heater Co. to come out and finish the job. It was a gentleman name Dan, he did an extremely awesome job, telling me the details, explaining everything I needed to knowledge. And now the furnace works about as good as it gets beautifully. The impressive part, he took his sweet time. And the most impressive part was when he presented my total bill! I was about to have a major heart attack when I saw the bill! It wasn’t through the roof bill! Cheap cheap"
