"I was so impressed with Mike and Justin. First, I appreciated their phone call at 7:40am to tell me that with traffic, they may be 5-10 minutes late for our 8am appointment. They arrived at 8:07am. Next, they were professional, clean and courteous as they entered my home and reviewed the work, which at that time, was only air duct cleaning. They took before and after pictures of my ducts - WOW - and then offered to clean the chimney as well for only $50 (since they were already here).
