"Capital Roofing, Siding & Windows provided excellent service in all respects. Jeff and his team were very polite and professional and never "pushed" anything we didn't want or need. They came out several times to assess damage and come up with a plan to best match the siding repairs (since my insurance company would not cover a complete house siding replacement). Together we picked the best plan to mix and match existing siding so it would not and does not look like a mix and match. They also worked closely with my insurance company to get some additional items covered that the insurance adjuster had missed. When it came time to replace the roof, their crew was in and out in several days (unlike many neighbors who had crews that took weeks to complete even smaller, simpler roofs). After the roof was done, their crew arrived right on time and had the siding done within several days too. I chose to do some of the minor work myself and they had no problem doing that. And Jeff gave us credit for that so we saved a little money in the process. All in all, was a very good experience and great looking end products. Definitely would hire them again. Plus I like the idea of using a family owned business...I think that sets them apart from the competition. Thanks Jeff!"

Project management wise, all process steps were efficiently and effectively planned & executed: on-site materials delivery and trash dumpster came as planned, grounds preparation (crew safety, landscaping protection), post-job cleanup. Bahr's 3-person crew arrived every day before 8 am, "rain or shine." They were pleasant, respectful, amicable - i.e., very professional. Bottom Line: Bahr Construction exceeded expectations, and everyone - homeowners, Bahr's employees and David and Miles, the Bahr Construction management team - can be proud of this job. They had previously reroofed our home about 15 years earlier and had done excellent work, so we contacted them for this project. Again, they did excellent work. Literally more than a dozen neighbors have told us how good our home looks. One even said it was stunning. Every person that we worked with from Rick's, their rep, construction crew, inspector, and office personnel were very good to work with and did their jobs well. An example, our neighborhood had many homes damaged by the hailstorm. Talking with our rep from Rick's on a sunny day outside our home, he told me that they only use the same lot of shingles when they roof. He said others will just take what they can get in situations like this where many homes are damaged and the demand for the shingles is high. He pointed out a house across the street from us and said that their roofer had mixed lots. I couldn't see what he saw, he told me over time it would show. "We had an extremely bad experience with Kaufman Roofing. We had a leak in our roof, and they thought it was most likely in our custom, built-in gutter system. They said they patched it up, but then it leaked the next time it snowed. In the meantime, they gave us a $30,000 estimate to have our entire gutter system, which is only 12 years old, completely replaced. Their estimator is a real bully and a horrible person to interact with. His name is Scott Wehrmeyer. He uses scare tactics, he talks over you, he’s impolite, and in our case, he didn’t even apologize for the fact that their patch didn’t even last one rainstorm. He just used it further evidence that we need to hire them to replace relatively new gutters. He never even got up on the roof to take a look at the gutter system or used a drone to take pictures or anything. He had one guy go up on a ladder in that one spot and take one picture and then say we need the entire system replaced. We eventually got it fixed with a reputable company. We got bids from several other roofing companies. Everyone else laughed at the idea that we would have a 12-year-old custom gutter system torn out and replaced for $30,000. They may have workers that do a good job, but I found Scott to be totally untrustworthy. I have never had to hang up in the middle of a conversation with anyone in my life, but I did with him. If I owned this company, I would not want him representing me. He’s a bully, he seems to be lazy, he doesn’t listen, he didn’t apologize, he just talked right over me and tried to scare me hiring him. Literally the total opposite of what any customer would hope for."
