"I wish I could give Innovative Basement Authority a negative rating. Run away from this company as fast as you can. Beware- they are changing their name to Ground Works. Probably because of all the negative reviews. We paid a substantial amount of money to install one of their basement systems after having water problems. The initial sales guy was a very high-pressure seller, trying to get us to sign a contract the same day he came out. Fast forward a year. They told us they needed to come out for an inspection. The sales guy ?found? $40,000 work of additional work that was ?urgent?. He used scare-tactics and tried to convince us we needed to sign on the dotted line immediately. Because of course mold is going to make my family sick. It seemed sketchy to me, but I was able to get the guy to leave without us signing that day. I immediately called our trusted home inspector, and he said the sales guy was trying to sell us things we did not need. He also said he had talked to others"

"Ever since we moved into our newly built home 8 or so years ago, we needed help with the original installation of sod, the fence for our dogs, the automated sprinkler system, etc. Accelerated Green Works (AGW) has always been the team we’ve trusted for all of this work. Usually, I do my own snow shoveling, but, periodically when I’m out of town, a blizzard pops up and my wife needs to teach elementary school in the morning. The latest episode of snow storms this past week occurred while I was out of town. I arranged with AGW to plow / shovel early in the morning for my wife to get out, but school was promptly cancelled. Therefore, I scheduled AGW to shovel later that night once the snow / wind stopped and my wife would need to get out to drive me home from the airport. The AGW team worked with me every step of the way to get the job done right. I’m sure they can’t always schedule these jobs as perfectly as they did for me that day/night, but they definitely did a fantastic job coordinating with me and accommodating my every need. Excellent work. The scheduling was perfect. The plowing / shoveling of my driveway and sidewalks was professionally done with good communication with me to ensure we were both on the same page. The best way to resurface a concrete porch is to clean and prep the surface, pour a layer of concrete on top, allow it to cure, then seal it. A concrete overlay provides a durable layer and enhances your porch's look. You can even choose a stamped overlay to make it look like stone or brick. To ensure structural integrity, repair concrete cracks before applying the new concrete. If the existing concrete is in significant disrepair, consider removing and replacing the concrete instead of an overlay.

The average cost to replace concrete depends on the amount of material you need. However, you can expect the cost of replacing a concrete driveway to range from $2,000 to $7,000, or about $15 per square foot.
