I had a really good conversation with USA Family Moving. I had so many questions about their process. They willingly answered my all questionnaire on the spot. I must confess they have a brilliant customer service. They fixed a date. I warned them not to make any delay. Four movers arrived with all their tools at least half an hour early on the moving day. They got to work immediately. They managed to deliver with all my things without any damages. Their service is truly appreciated.

I hired them when I was doing a long distance move and to be honest it was done perfectly. They worked professionally and were organized so that nothing was left behind or damaged. The guys were helpful and nice and to be honest, I don’t think I’d have moved so easily if it wasn’t for them. And also I paid a reasonable price in the end. I really mean it when I say team perfection. The four guys who came to help me were amazing. These guys so quickly and efficiently moved us that we are speechless. There were no damages and no mistakes. No hidden charges and no extra fees. Their customer service was flawless. I always knew where my belongings were at. I do think this moving company is the best. I have utilized the services of USA Family Moving twice and both times have been efficient, easy, and very reasonably priced. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking crew of people to help you move your belongings, I would not look elsewhere. When I moved last week, the foreman and his crew even. There have never any hidden fees or nasty surprises, which I am grateful for. The amount you agree on is the amount you pay but I always make sure to leave a tip because of how professional and careful they are with my things. I have found that the best way to contact this company is via directly calling them or texting. Either way, the sales rep is very responsive. If they are in your area and available for the time of your move, I would highly recommend choosing these guys.

All I can say about USA Family Moving. uncomplicated, reliable, flexible, skilled, and affordable. The movers were qualified packers packed my sensitive items so carefully that nothing was damaged throughout the entire ride. I was very impressed by their attention to details. All stuffs were delivered on time. The moving team labelled each boxes so accurately that I didn’t have to mess up searching any item. Delivery was within the window and they contacted me prior to delivery to schedule a time. I would definitely use them for my future move and recommend them based on my experience to date.

You can only work with the company if you trust them. I used to say that it is always better to do things myself. But after I saw what the company did, I know that other people can do a great job as well. It was fantastic and I was free because the movers did everything for me. They do the planning and packing and transporting. And they leave the place clean and you don’t have to spend another several hours cleaning everything up after them.

Best moving experience so far. This was our first time hiring a moving company and USA Family Moving was thorough, transparent and very friendly. On the day of the move, the crew showed up on time and was very friendly and careful with our stuff. They managed to carry our very heavy sofa bed up two flights of stairs (it wouldn't fit in the elevator). Yes, they are that dedicated. If we have to move again, and I hope it won't be for a while, we will most definitely use USA Family Moving.

I just needed movers to move my things and I hired them from USA Family Moving because they gave me an estimate that was very low. These guys did an incredible job for me. I thought moving is just too hard. But they made my move so much easier. They sent over only two movers which surprised me. But these two men were as professional as it gets. My entire apartment was wrapped, packed, carried and loaded into truck very quickly by them. I just couldn't believe the strength these guys displayed.
