Dea Casey responded quickly to all questions we had and promptly provided a quote for removing the existing shakes and installing a standing rib metal roof. The timing for the roof take-off and metal installation was done as scheduled. The Vertex crew was friendly and tolerated my involvement well, Any unforeseen issues were handled well and quickly. "Overall A great experience. Promptly gave a quote. Got the job done sooner than I expected. Looks great and I looked not having to pull snow off the roof last winter. So far this summer the house feels cooler with the metal roof. Only reason I donâ  t give 5 stars is there were a lot of nails left around the house and garage from the tear off -some in the driveway but fortunately I did not get a flat tire pulling in at night when I came up the weekend after the job was done. I had to run into town and rent a magnet on wheels. Picked up 2-3 cups of nails. That said I do love the roof and would hire them again"
