"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

Scott was able to work with some of style demands and make the rooms exactly match the finishes in the rest of the house. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"The quality of work was very good, and the workers were prompt and nice to work with. David Marshall is very easy to get ahold of and I think this is a real virtue compared to other handymen I have worked with in Duluth. They called around and found a spring to fix a very old window of ours that we have otherwise needed to replace. All of these were very positive aspects of the interaction. My only negative comment is that one of the projects (the custom door) ended up being much more expensive than I anticipated. I think this was because one of the workers suggested something that we did not have in the quote, and I was just not prepared for the expense. I think that this is more of a communication issue than anything. I still highly recommend Marshall Handyman, but I would just be very careful to specify the price of anything if modifications are made during the repair process, especially if you are talking to an employee and not David Marshall. Otherwise, good work. "
