"I had a 75 gallon hot water heater that failed during the middle of the night. I called Water Heaters Now at 7:00am and they had Bruce at my house at 11:30am. New hot water heater installed by 1:30pm. Bruce and everyone at Water Heaters Now did a great job from start to finish."

"I was going to have some work done to my basement and needed the water heater moved. It was time replace the heater so I asked Northern if they could remove the heater and install the new one the next day. They were fine with that. The workers were very professional and friendly. The installer took the time to explain all the controls and maintenance. Very pleased with results"

"Tony was great! Our hot water heater went out yesterday (4/20/15) and we did not realize it was out until 10 pm that night. The next morning (5:30 am) I submitted a request for service and Tony was able to come out by 7:15 am. Within 5 minutes Tony had the hot water heater running again. Along with the service Tony provided advice on how to prevent our issues again. Thanks Tony!"

"One outlet's GFI was failing and causing other outlets and the stove to not function. What we appreciated was the quick response in the evening, when other electricians were closed. Ty, the electrician who came was very nice and efficient in his assessment of the problem. Amanda, who was answering the phone was also very friendly and efficient in helping me. We are pleased with the service."
