We never felt like Trinity was trying to cut corners. In fact, there were a couple of days where they were on-site to perform a task (e.g. cutting control joints) and they chose to delay and make an extra trip because the concrete wasn't ready. It would have been easiest for them just to perform the task since they were already on-site, but they chose to delay in the best interest of our project. "Seth responded in a timely manner, proposed several ways of solving the problem, and offered additional suggestions to help with the drainage around the stairwell, which was the source of the original damage. He was willing to look at the project holistically, and knowledgable on all aspects of the job. Many concrete companies will limit their involvement to only the concrete work itself, but most projects are rarely so clear cut. We had a portion of the wall rebuilt with new block, new rebar, and a finish parge coat. Railings were removed and reinstalled. The grade was modified using new fill, new river rock and edging."
