Excellent -could not be more pleased.

Beyond expectations! Finished professionally, ontime, and beautifully! Attention to details and little known laws. We replaced carpet in our lower level, and it covered a sump pump ( legal) and exposed the cover, it was in a corner, His workman cutout a removable cover, hiding it. I recommend Northpoint and Aleksey to our friends and family and everyone!! I plan to use them again for some bathroom renovation, Clean-up was excellent and as stated.I give them 5 stars!

We are so pleased with our new shower. We absolutely love the finished product. The installer, Victor, worked so hard to create a beautiful job. Most important to us was his attention to details. We couldn't be more happier with our new bathroom! From start to finish the process was smooth! Aleksey was very responsive and helped solve any issues we had right away. We even changed up what tile we were going to use along with the sink and toilet which they were very accommodating to these last minute changes!! Victor who spent all week with us, was extremely hard working, cleaned up after he left and his finishing work was phenomenal! I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom! Aleksey was honest and fair with the bid, and Alex did an absolutely superb job re-tiling! I contacted several contractors before meeting Aleksey. The first one two nearly a month to get back to me after looking over the job-needless to say I didn't hire him. Another had me send pictures of the job, which I did-I never heard back from him. These days a lot of contractors want to sell you a "package" that includes new fixtures, which some of us don't need. It was very refreshing to work with North Point Services, who did only the work needed, and did not try to sell me on things I didn't need. Aleksey and Alex were very conscientious, taking care of the little things that made my entire experience easier. Thank you North Point Services!!

What can I say...Aleksey does top notch work! One thing I appreciated was his willingness to listen to what we wanted and to provide feedback and ideas. His skill level was exactly what we were looking for. He is also a teaching professional and his apprentice he had with him had the same level of professionalism. They kept the kitchen clean (as much as possible with this kind of project) and cleaned up very good at the end of the day. If you are wondering if you should hire North Point Services...the answer is YES!

Looks good. I was pleased they could do the work within a week after we called. It was a small job and they did it on a Saturday. My only concern was I thought it was a bit expensive and would certainly recommend getting multiple bids.

Both projects were completed on time with exceptional workmanship. I was referred to Aleksey after seeing my friend’s bathroom remodel. His team did an excellent job with my bathroom, provided me with options and suggestions to make my vision come through. Based on my experience with my bathroom, I hired them to install flooring in my split level entryway and main floor. It also turned out wonderful. Aleksey and his team are so professional! Each day I returned home, my house was clean from the work that occurred during the day. I will use North Point for every project I do going forward.

Very Professional, you can definitely tell Alexey has been doing tile work for many years, was very efficient and masterful at his craft. Was in and out within half a days work. Hopefully can get him back to do the tile work shortly.

Aleksey is great to work with! His is super responsive, professional and does quality work. He excels at wall and floor tiling. We had white subway tile with dark grout installed. Our decorator said said the quality of our tiling was the best she'd seen. It is difficult to keep the white tiles clean when using the dark grout. Aleksey was also the general contractor for the plumbing, electrical, and wall refinishing. His responsiveness is way above average compared to other contractors I've work with. I'm very happy with my experience with Aleksey. I will definitely hire him for future remodel projects.

Loved the work that was done to our home! Alex and his crew showed professionalism in their work and service. I extremely appreciated the suggestions that Alex gave us in seeing our vision for the projects which came out better than we expected. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It didn't go well, while overall the job got about 75% of the way there, the worker that was here most of the week+ not only misaligned tile in the shower, cleaned too much grout off the floor resulting in feeling the tiles on your feet and he didn't cover the drain which resulted in an unusable bathroom for a few days and a $500+ bill for drain cleaning (They paid for this). They also came over to try to fix this and now my kitchen ceiling was so wet I was able to poke a hole through with my finger. The company did offer to pay for the ceiling, however I would rather not deal or have them back considering all that has happened. Paying them $1000's for this work, I now regret. To add to all of this, he recommended a man to sheetrock, while the price was good, he didn't bother finishing any of the corners or where the sheetrock meets the floor even leaving the outlets hanging. Overall, not happy.

Aleksey and Nazar were terrific! Aleksey gave us a reasonable price upfront, told us when he would start and when he would finish, and did exactly what he promised. The work was excellent, and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use him again for future projects.
