He and his crew removed 200 squ feet old linoleum floor, subfloor, floor edging, toilet, dryer, closet doors then laid new subfloor, tile, grouted, and re-installed edging,toilet,dryer, closet doors for $3600(I supplied the porcelain tile). This was literally 1/2 the price of 2 other estimates. Company has 15yrs experience, 5 yr work guarantee and used only top grade supplies and workmanship-and I am very picky. Aleksey and crew were extremely prompt, professional and clean. Would recommend without hesitation."
