One thing that made Vlad stand out to us right away was treating us a valued potential customer, evident by his quick response to our initial inquiry on a bathroom remodel project, and upon inspection of the site, got back to us with his estimate in a timely manner. We felt he was fair in his estimate, honest about when he was available to do the project, and knowledgeable in helping us plan this remodel which involved demolition of our existing bathroom, and creating a new tiled shower and floor, as well as wall prep, painting, and installation of the finishing pieces in the bathroom.
