Bill was absolutely fantastic, and I recommend him without reservation. We hired him to add a door at the top of our basement stairs, a project which also required adding a light, adding and finishing a railing, and walling up a cut-out section of wall. He also completed a smattering of other miscellaneous house projects for us. We were thrilled with his work on all of them. Bill's attention to detail matched my own, which I have found to be a bit rare. He is enthusiastic about making sure everything is done right, consulted with me regularly on design questions, went above and beyond in his pursuit of closest-match trim and hardware options, and explained a great deal about the issues involved in the projects and how he was approaching them. Bill is also just interpersonally delightful. I felt completely comfortable giving him a key to the house for the duration of the project. He communicated promptly and thoroughly all along the way, and I would hire him again in a minute for any house project.

Bill help us out in a crunch to get our project done before Thanksgiving and carpet being laid. He was great at suggesting what trim would work best for us and supplied all the materials, which saved us alot of stress. He went all out and worked long days to make it happen for us. He left the area super clean everyday and his work is so meticulous and high quality. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

Bill did all the finishing work on the basement we are completing. Bill started working for us after we had just let another trim worker go because of his poor workmanship. Bill not only showed excellent quality of work, but he fixed all of the mistakes the 1st guy we hired did. Our project was due to some water damage in our basement. We had to work through a cumbersome process with our builder and Bill was very patient through this process. When we were finally at the point when we could have the work done, Bill worked with our schedule to compete the work. We were so impressed with his quality of work we have him complete another project as well. Just a good guy to have in your house. From start to finish, Bill was either right on the projected time or ahead of schedule. Clean up was good and he also fixed a door (for free) which made all our lives so much better.....good marketing tip!

Bill took on a water damage project and executed it well on a very aggressive schedule. I couldn't be happier. When we got the walls opened up, we discovered dry rot that threatened the structure. The furnace was removed to gain access to the area and it was getting cold, so we had a serious problem. Bill worked several 16-hour days, found and brought in helpers, and tackled a couple more unexpected problems. He got the task done in very close to the original schedule, and the work was high quality. I got the feeling that Bill cared as much about my home as his own.

Bill was a true professional. He is a knowledgeable carpenter and also explains things well to the homeowner. Much of our work required him to work on a tall ladder, which other carpenters sometimes don't feel comfortable doing. He is also extremely neat, going above and beyond to pick up any debris at the job site and haul everything away in his truck. Other carpenters have put items in our own trash. Bill is reliable, honest, and takes time to do the job right. My husband and I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again for future projects.

Bill was great to explain to me various factors of the project. He also pointed out ways we could do some things to help preserve the longevity of the project. since we were dealing with water damage to the house we just bought. He took care to clean up and left our house and yard looking great too. We were very pleased with his work, and would hire him again for future jobs.

This as a kitchen counter replacement job. The job was exceptional. We could not be more pleased. The workmen were very professional and took pride in the job they performed.

Our project ended up being more than initially expected because we couldn't see the amount of siding damage until we looked under the boards. Bill kept me updated through out the project and worked Saturday and late into the evenings to complete the project. He was very thorough and stayed until the project was done.
