"Thanks for reaching out and leaving your review, [Member Name Removed]. When writing a review (positive or negative), you should always tell the entire story. The comment that our designer made "This is the door your daughter is going to sneak out of to smoke cigarettes" was made in jest. I apologize, as the company owner, if this upset you, [Member Name Removed]. It was merely made to bring to your attention that having a door, leading directly to the outside, added to your daughter's bedroom was uncommon and could lead to safety issues (like someone breaking into the home via that door which would be directly into your daughter's bedroom) potentially down the road. I want to address the $1,000.00 design fee that was collected by our designer. As your were told, the amount of work that you were thinking about completing on your home was going to take many hours to design and draw out. Our designer put in over 24 man-hours into the initial design, alone. When he presented the initial design to you, it was your opportunity to notify him what you liked and didn't like. He would have taken that information and put together a new design for you to look at, in which changes could have been made, yet again, if you weren't entirely happy. Once the design was approved and if you decided to move forward with our company completing the renovations for you, the $1,000.00 would have been credited back against the total amount of the project, as was told to you. You decided not to make any changes to the initial design presented and not move forward, for your own reasons. You called and spoke to our designer and asked for a full refund of your Design Fee or else you would put in a negative review against our company. This was brought to my attention and I was the one who said "no" to your request as I wasn't going to be held at gun point and blackmailed. [Member Name Removed], I am sorry that things didn't work out. Respectfully, Chad L. - Owner"
He was on time. The one thing I had a problem with was communicating with him. He didn't speak much English! So I just let him do his job. But I couldn't talk to him about what he was doing.
He did an excellent job repairing the wall. He even caulked around the edges. I am very pleased with his work.
"Hello [Member Name Removed], I am sorry that our guy did not take care of you properly. Please allow us to send someone else out to complete this project the way it should have been in the first place. Respectfully, Chad Lange Satin Touch, Inc."
"Thank you (member name removed) for shoosing Satin Touch for your drywall needs. If we can be of any additional help, please let us know."
"Thank you [member name removed] for allowing us to work on this project for you. You, once again, can safely park your car in the garage :-)."
