"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Working with Higgins Construction was a great experience for our family. If questions or concerns arose throughout the project we were able to discuss those things and come to a remedy to correct the question or concern. The crew of people that they have working for them and the subcontractors they brought in were all professional and courteous. They are very fair on their pricing and when they discovered some things that would help with insulation on our home or structural issues in our soffits - they immediately had a clear explanation for their suggestion and price for that to be fixed. Our project consisted of the following: Roof, chimney rebuilt from roofline up, new garage door, siding, shutters, cupola, soffits/facia/gutters, cedar posts on porch, lighting in soffits above the garage door."

"TCH is amazing. Darren did the bid, and Kathy kept me up to date on the work schedule. It was so nice to be able to call or email and have them answer the phone, or respond to my messages quickly. I have a two story house with a walkout and both jobs were nearly 30 ft high. Cory and Johnny did the work and did an excellent job. "John came out and did an initial estimate of the work I wanted done.  He was very professional and gave me some ideas on how to deal with some other projects I need done.  The day the work was scheduled to be done he was here on time, completed the work and made sure everything was cleaned up after he was done.  He hauled everything that needed to be thrown out to the dumpster.

He’s very responsive, upfront, and easy to communicate with, something that can be hard to find with larger companies. A few issues came up during the project and Jay was always willing to work through them without hesitation.
