The wood was properly stacked and not crisscrossed which wastes space and lowers the amount of wood you get. The size of the wood pieces was consistent and a perfect size for a fireplace. We have access to other manufacturers as well. For service, repairs needing parts can be generally be completed in the first trip, as our truck stock is quite complete. We do offer free estimates for equipment installations.

IDC flatly informed us they have a 1-year warranty and the repair would be full price. Bad part, bad business. No thanks."
