Ryan did a fantastic job roughing in my post frame building for a bathroom and running a gas line extension from my house. The project had a small window to get the work done, making scheduling a plumber difficult. Citywide arrived on time and provided a professional service and product, rolling with changes that popped up during the build. I will definitely call on Citywide to finish the plumbing in the shop next year and to help with any other future work in our house! I will recommend them to my friends in the area!

He charged me almost $400 per hour which I think is really high for the work that was done. (see below) I was well informed about what may need to be done because of potential issues. Given then circumstances I think the job was done well. The potential cost was explained to me and I agreed to proceed knowing problems could be encountered. It was discovered that a new flash was needed At that point I really had no choice but to agree to additional charges. I was surprised when he was finished in about 2 hours. I asked him if he charged by the hour and he told me that he charged by the job.

It went great, he does great work and is priced fairly. It ended up being a more difficult job than anticipated but he was professional and worked with us to find a suitable fix.

Work performed without any issues or concerns. Communication was good before, during and after. Because water lines would be visible under the sink, offered to install nicer looking chrome pipes which look great. Nice job overall, I will hire again.

Citywide was recommended by a friend. Ryan was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgable and provided same day service. He immediately detected the cause of the leak and had it repaired within the hour. Also fixed a small toilet issue in the same trip. I highly recommend him. The price was reasonable and he was clean, fast and personable. Great work!

Ryan was able to come out the same day to get my leaking laundry room fixtures back in service and stop the leak into my wall. When he shut off the main line he noticed it had a leak as well so he added that to the work order for me. Ryan gave me an up front price for performing the work. He was efficient and kept me informed. He cleaned up afterwards, tested everything and gave me some suggestions to keep it from occurring again. I definitely would recommend Ryan and Citywide.
