During a recent heat wave, so many AC guys were scheduling initial visits weeks away, and installs additional weeks after that. Genesis came out to review my problem days after contacted, and installed new AC about a week after that. Responsive, courteous, professional and cheaper than the area big HVAC companies.

Great. He was not pushy, and even offered the option for me to research buying a new grill. If I chose that option, he said he wouldn't need to be paid the usual service call fee if I chose not to have the existing one fixed.

Highly recommend!! A/C went out right before long Memorial Day weekend with super hot forecast. Mike squeezed us into his schedule the same day I called. Was very professional and friendly. Charged me a fair, reasonable price. Had the part on his truck and was in and out within an hour. Our house is cooling off nicely already after a couple hot miserable days. Super happy with whole experience and would call Genesis again!!

We were referred by our normal HVAC provider. They were booked for the day and wouldn't be able to respond until after the weekend. We contacted Mike on a Friday afternoon and he was able to look at the furnace within an hour! We were very happy that Mike was able to respond so quickly and his prices were very affordable.

He and his team respond quickly. take care of issues fast and their prices can't be beat. We have never called anyone else and never will. I highly highly recommend Genesis! You won't be let down.

I called Mike and he scheduled a technician for first thing the next morning. The technician arrived when expected and quickly located the problem, a dirty sensor. My heat was restored in a few minutes. The technician also did a good inspection of my system and took photos of the furnace information for future reference should I have problems again.. a very nice touch. I definitely would call Genesis for any future work. Being new to the area it was great to have an Angie's list reference for these repairs. Genesis lives up to the superior ratings they have received from other customers. I will call them again for any future HVAC issues.

Great! Mike is so responsive and helpful!

The service was great. The tech did a great job and put in an extra effort to get the unit installed in a small space.
This was an Angie's List Deal. It was a great price and we are happy we had it done.
The only down side was it took over a month to get the install scheduled and due to the tech being ill on the install date, it was pushed out a bit longer. It seems par for the course with buying a deal on Angie's list.

Mike showed up at the scheduled time and was thorough with the furnace inspection and cleaning.  He reviewed and explained all service performed.  We were very pleased and would definitely use Genesis again. We also used this company to service our air conditioner last summer and were very satisfied.  Genesis is a certified Carrier technician.

Good job, a bit untidy on the seaming, but nothing that most would notice.  Will use again. Nice guy, friendly and timely.
