"They cut off all of the branches that hung over my house and the dead branches. The salesman told me which branches should be removed, the man that cut them decided one of the branches that should have been cut off, shouldn't be because it looked better. That was in the fall, now that it's summer and the leaves are on the trees, that branch is hitting the boulevard tree. That was the reason it should have been cut off."

"JR was able to schedule the job and get it done quickly,before the frost was totally out of the ground, so lawn damage was minimized. They cut the trees into firewood sized chunks so they could be left on site and split rather than be hauled away, although there was quite a bit of variability in the chunk sizes from about 18 to 40 inches. The plan was for all tree's to be felled to the top of a steep embankment, however one large oak ended up at the bottom and I ended up having to hand carry the chunks up. Other than that extra work for me, I was happy with the service and the price negotiated."
