Taking time to talk with each person who contacts us is the most important part of our business. We have an ISA Certified Arborist which is key to having a proper assessment of the health of your trees and setting up a proper management plan.

"Caleb arrived when promised, gave us an estimate and we hired Neighborhood Tree Care to remove our tree. We are pleased with their work. The reason for the 1 star rating is the customer service we received from Joe regarding the stump removal process. Joe called, angry, rude and condescending to my spouse because we left a vehicle blocking access to backyard causing them to pay grinder an extra service call/fee to come back. There was no communication as to which day/time the grinder was coming! When Joe and crew came to our home for the final cleanup, I expressed my disappointment with his angry call. Their was no apology just excuses! Our dissatisfaction comes from lack of customer service skills, poor communication and unwilingness to apologize, on Joe's part, when given the opportunity to do so!"
