Mike, the owner, was very courteous, professional and competent. He responded to the request for a quote quickly, was patient with my questions, arrived at the appointed time and completed the job as discussed. What more can one expect? I wish every transaction were as transparent and clear-cut as this one!

Mike was great. He called me within minutes of receiving my request - at 8:30 pm on a Sunday night. He was at my house by 8:30 am on Monday morning and the garage was fixed within the hour. He was very pleasant, responsive and professional. He did a fabulous job.

See previous review and comment. I hired this company in February of this year to replace my garage door. That process seemed to go very well. However after it was installed when the door was operated it sounded horrible and you could visibly see the that the rollers were grabbing and catch in the track. I called Mike out the next day and he stated it had was due the fact we had a tuck under garage. A few weeks later rollers spontaneously came out out and part of the door fell on our vehicle. I will say that issue was fixed the next day but adding more mounts to the door tracks. Mike stated he would take care of the the damage to the vehicle that day. I got a quote for the repairs, from a shop that I have found to be reasonable previously. Mike thought the quote was high and asked if I could get another review. I asked him where he would like me to take it and his response was "I don't know". I wasn't about to go on a chase to take my vehicle to multiple shops to try to find a estimate was less after my vehicle was damaged because of no fault on my own. After that Mike stopped responding to my calls and texts. I had to hide my caller ID in order for Mike to pick up.. He told me that he didn't have the money to pay but offered to pay with a credit card. By this time after being ignored for weeks I didn't trust him. I was not going to take my vehicle to a shop without having the funds to do so first. Eventually it was mutually agreed that Mike would pay in installments at at least $300 every month until the $1350 worth of damage was paid off. Again a month went by with nothing. I again had to call Mike from a blocked number and then magically that day he stated he could make the first installment. That whole day went by and so later that evening I had enough and posted a review here. He did eventually drop off $300 that evening. Since I wrote the review he has refused to make anymore payments. I called him again and he accused me of just wanting to take the money and run. He stated that he is sick of dealing with me and stated "take me to court, I don't care". So now I have an owner that stated he would pay but now refuses to pay the additional $1,000 worth of damages.

Fantastic - Mike called within an hour, happily did the repair on a Sunday morning, and we were done with the project before another contractor had even contacted us! Highly recommend

As always Aspen did a wonderful job. I had used them in the past to deal with a broken spring and cable replacement. When it came time to replace the doors, they did an excellent job. They are always professional and care about their clients. I am recommending them to my family and friends!

It was an easy job and I think he was done in less time than it takes to order and receive a pizza. The fella even replaced my rusty sensor brackets.

The service was great. Mike came out on a Friday afternoon and took a look at the door, then informed us that he'd need to come back at another time due to the garage door we have. He came back right away on Monday morning and was able to fix the issue. The only downside was how expensive the repair ended up being, as we expected a lot lower due to the deal we originally called for specifically. Otherwise, Mike was great and we'd definitely go to Aspen again as needed in the future.

Mike replaced both springs, additionally two cables (rusted?), lubricated and adjusted the whole system, and fixed the looses door hinges. All that for a reasonable price :) Did I mention that he was first to respond among 6 others?a

Mike and I agreed on a 8 AM - 10 AM window for his visit. He had not arrived by 10:30 AM, so I called him. He apologized and we agreed on 1 PM visit. He arrived a bit before that time, calling ahead. He inspected the mechanism, did some lubrication, and replaced the weather-seal. He said that the mechanism was basically in good shape, but that, for example, no one can tell how much life is left in components like the springs. We briefly talked about a new opener that would be connectable to a smart-phone. When I offered to settle up for $25 + the seal, he said the visit was at no-cost because he was late. Very unusual to find a business like that. When we are ready to replace the door, Aspen will be our first call. Thanks, Mike !

Great service from Aspen as they were able to squeeze me in to the schedule before I left on a business trip later that day. I asked about the noise that the door was making and was explained the pros and cons of replacing the existing rollers with a new set. I chose to upgrade and the improvement was noticeable.

I contacted Aspen at 7PM on a Saturday evening and by 10PM an appointment was scheduled for Sunday morning (next day service). No extra charge for Sunday. Estimate I was given was accurate. Would use Aspen again for any future work or installation on a garage door.

The technician, Mike , was pleasant and efficient in getting the job completed. End bearings were showing wear and he replace those. Also lubed the moving door parts. I like they offer a warranty on parts and labor.

Our garage door was squeaking and making creaking noises. Aspen Garage Doors had replaced the rollers last June, so I called them for a tune-up using an Angie's List coupon. I got an appointment easily and in a timely manner. The technician came today, and he not only adjusted the door but he also showed us some tips on how to best lubricate the door. The door sounds much better after this service.
