Found out that Decks Unlimited was the subcontractor for one of the big box companies. I have a familiarity with residential construction, and unlike other companies, they didn't try to BS me. Dropped hood and damage my cooktop. Put my dishwasher outside in the rain. HVAC leak under floor. The list goes on.
