Property Care, Inc. Hardwood Floors is a family owned and operated hardwood flooring company in business since 1986. Our expertise includes residential and commercial work, restoration and new construction. A free written detailed estimate is provided for each potential job. The company is fully insured and the owner is a licensed Michigan Residential Builder (MI license #2102116037). Property Care is a Member of the National Wood Flooring Association, and OUR INSTALLERS ARE NWFA CERTIFIED! **WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 500 SQUARE FEET IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE WORK.

Borders & Inlay, Exotic & Domestic. A minimum of 500 square feet is required (stairways count toward total). All installations, Hardwood Flooring- Installation, Sand & Finish, all estimates are subject to re-measure and/or price updates., borders & inlays are done by us personally; refinishing work is done by our subcontractors. All photos in our gallery are of our own work. Estimates are good for 14 days; after that, special patterns

Tom and his crew (Melissa and Tom Jr) did an outstanding job installing our wood floors. They arrived each day at 8:00 AM and we’re done for the day at 4:30 PM after thoroughly cleaning up the house from their work. Two areas of the house presented extremely challenging skill level requirements and they accomplished the installation with no problems. This project had multiple walls at angles other than 90 degrees and their cuts were perfectly matched with no gaps such as at the fireplace hearth. Our house prior to the wood floor installation had numerous squeaks throughout it. It has now been over 6 weeks and not one has recurred. Both my wife and I are very critical customers of any purchase and neither of us have had a single complaint. We could not be happier that we selected Property Care.

Cannot say enough about how great these folks are! They had to remove carpet in two rooms and tile in two other rooms to install the new pre-finished hardwood. They were punctual, clean, well-priced, and their attention to detail is beyond compare. They were great to work with, so very happy with the finished floors!

Property Care provided me with one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. The Hoffmeyer family was always courteous and punctual. Tom was very patient and a remarkable craftsman. My texts and phone calls were always answered in a timely and thorough fashion. I wanted to make some changes in the middle of the installation, and Tom made the changes happily and willingly. On top of all this praise, my new hardwood floors look so good, I'm considering having my existing hardwood resurfaced using Property Care!

We had the first 3 floors done (needed space to store furniture) and then awhile later the fourth floor was refinished. Excellent results both times. Property Care's workers were very nice also.

Overall, my experience with Property Care was good. The floors themselves look amazing! I had some issues with damage caused by the contractors hired to do the work, but Tom came over and personally fixed each of the issues. I am very pleased with their professionalism and effort to resolve my complaints.

Very well. Melissa was the rep who quoted our job. Very punctual and professional. The crew that came took great care to remove even the deepest scratches, left from our dog. The work was completed as promised, within my time constraints, as I have a home business.

This team has good communication. Admittedly I had to reschedule with them last minute and they handled it very courteously and professionally. The team of two was only 20 minutes late on day one, which did put me behind, but they apologized straight away and I had already inconvenienced them once, so no big deal. The speed and quality of the work was incredible. Honestly I think they only worked from 9-4pm each day, but there was no evidence of cutting corners, and I couldn't be happier with the result. They didn't leave a mess inside the house, but did leave garbage bags on the front lawn and a used stain towel hanging over my fence, but they worked on the coldest days of winter at the time which may have contributed to them forgetting. Overall - very professional, top-quality work, any inconveniences were minor - would definitely hire again.

Overall, it went very well. They were very professional, did excellent work over several days in late September and early October. The workers did a good job with minimal mess to our home. There was a small portion of the floor that needed additional attention after they left and they came back and did it the following week and it looks great. Company owners were very good and easy to work with and cared about the project. I would use them again.

They are actually amazing and deserve a good rating. They're stellar, if you had six stars, I would give them six stars. They didn't charge me, because what happened was I had hired another company and they screwed it up so badly that I had the first company pay them to come in and completely redo everything. So I didn't actually pay them it was like another company had to pay them and I have no idea what that cost. This company came in to refinish the hardwood floors and they destroyed them, and it was complicated because they had to match existing flooring and they just did a beautiful job.

The crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. They were careful and cleaned everything up. We had glitsa applied after sanding, and the floors look gorgeous. We could not have had a better experience.

Melissa came to our home on a day's notice at the time promised. She explained everything to me in detail. Because I work out of my home and had specific time constraints, I was concerned that the job may not be done when needed. I needn't have worried. The crew came early on the days agreed upon and performed the work as promised. The floors turned out beautiful and look better than new. Very pleased.
