The coordinate well, they move the furniture, they take care of putting blocks under what sits on the carpet so it doesn't get soiled or destroyed. They do a good, thorough job, they're quick and they take care of business.

Received floor in advance, kept in room that it was going to be installed in for two days to "condition" flooring to environment. Installer came on the third day and installation was complete (including removal of old carpet) in two days.

Completed on time and under budget.

All according to plan and as promised.

Salesman in showroom listened to what I was looking for, gave me a few good options, and explained pricing to me - carpet, padding, installation issues, etc. Installers showed up on time and did a great job - carpet fits perfectly. I gave their pricing a B because I do hear cheaper prices quoted in advertisements and such, but after living several years with badly installed carpet, I was more interested in having this installation done right than having it done cheap.

Was very professionally installed - a large crew came in and did the whole house in about 6 hours, including moving furniture. They clearly were very experienced. After 9 months, we still love it. Great carpet, great installation.

The salesman at the store was helpful at pointing out the low-pile carpet that would be a good fit for the area being recarpeted. The installation team from the store was professional and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Very good job overall. Team was right on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Very professional and even answered a few basic questions about carbet cleaning. Reasonably priced as well.

Ann Arbor Carpets -- Flooring America were not very cooperative in getting me a quote. They didn't work with us at all to get what we wanted and the price we wanted. I would definitely not use them in the future.

I worked with Steve to get the job setup. He was on time to the quote estimate and started right away. The whole process took about 20 minutes which was quick. I went into the store to select the carpet and pad. Pricing was slightly high for two rooms and stairs but after having another quote by Empire, Steve beat their quote by $200. Steve also was very flexible when it came to payment. Due to closing dates he was able to install the carpet the day after closing and offered financing. The installation was very well done, The 3 man crew ripped out the old carpet and installed the new carpet with minimal supervision. The stairs look amazing and they even helped nail down some boards to make sure everything was level before putting the carpet on which I didn't expect them to do. Overall, it was a very good experience and I have a local store that I can go to if there are any issues.

Our salesman, Jason, was fantastic from the moment I walked into the store. They, of course, have about a thousand different flooring options to choose from which is TOO many options, for me. I told him I was looking for something that would stand up to high traffic and several pets. He took me right over to the Smartstrand display - which just happened to be the exact carpet I had been looking at, online. From start to finish the ordering process was a breeze! On the day on the installation, the crew of 4 showed up bright and early and got right to work. I don't know if I've ever seen a crew move as quickly and efficiently as they did. They were friendly and professional. The entire project took about 5 hours and they left everything in tip top shape. WE LOVE OUR NEW CARPET and absolutely recommend AA Carpets!

I am a satisfied customer. The salesman (Jason) helped steer me to a great carpet to stand up to all the abuse the room takes. I love it! it's very soft yet sturdy. The installation crew did a great job - came on time, and even vacuumed the carpet when they finished.

good except placed wrong trim color in bedroom

i visited the Ann Arbor Carpet showroom. Chose vinyl flooring from a large number of instock options. within 2 weeks the flooring was installed. We love it. The provider that installed the floor did a wonder job. He was prompt and worked consistently until the flooring was installed. This included moving front loader washer and dryers.

Very well.Salesman was helpful,well versed,professional and not pushy.Installer was skilled and did a great job.He was a perfectionist who cares about his work. I was very pleased.

The salesman at the store was very helpful in understanding my needs for this 3 season porch. He recommended a good quality carpet and kept me informed as to when it might be delivered, who would be calling me from installation and confirming again that I wanted the company to remove and replace the furniture and to also dispose of the carpet. Salesman came out at the scheduled time and measured the space and sent a formal quote via email. I was able to complete the order over the phone and the carpet was ordered. Two installers showed up at the scheduled time and did just a fantastic job of installation!! The porch is entered from the house, to a landing and down 3 stairs (sort of in an extended landing pattern). They cut and fit this landing/stairs area very very well -- first class!!! They were there for most of the day -- carefully fitting and matching seams, glueing down the carpet and finally returning all of the furniture to the correct spots. Its been in now for 3 weeks and everything is perfect! ps They happily accepted a $100 off coupon from Angie's List

Overall OK, but there was a lack of communication. When our sales man left the company, we were not informed and it felt like the information we had shared with him was not passed on. There were some things that may have been done a bit better had we known he was gone. We would have reviewed with the vendor. The floor looks nice. Only time will tell how well it wears. There are only my husband and I so very low foot traffic. Should last a long time if it does what it's supposed to do. We might use them again, but would want better communication next time.

The company did an excellent job from start to fnish. The sales person was very helpful - identifying my price needs, suggesting possible brands and giving alternatives of higher or lower prices of comparable material. The ordering was done promptly (approximately one week) and the installation was scheduled and completed with no problems. The installers also fixed one of my closet doors which had been sticking which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

It went really well. They were great

We did have to wait a few weeks for an opening but it was well worth it. The team this time made recommendations on the finish that would best match the cabinets, etc. Fully explained the process and timetable. All of which was missing from the initial vendor. I had never done wood floors before and just expected they would be the same just refinished. These guys were great...explained every detail. I was able to be at home during the sanding as they used a new "dustless" sanding system on the job. There literally was almost no dust. The sanding job was great this time and the color and finish are amazing. Highly recommend the folks at Ann Arbor Flooring and Lakeland Hardwood floors.

A great experience overall. Nice folks, no high pressure sales. Good pricing. Fine installation job. I intend to use them again for my next flooring job.
