Received floor in advance, kept in room that it was going to be installed in for two days to "condition" flooring to environment.  Installer came on the third day and installation was complete (including removal of old carpet) in two days.

Salesman in showroom listened to what I was looking for, gave me a few good options, and explained pricing to me - carpet, padding, installation issues, etc. Installers showed up on time and did a great job - carpet fits perfectly. I gave their pricing a B because I do hear cheaper prices quoted in advertisements and such, but after living several years with badly installed carpet, I was more interested in having this installation done right than having it done cheap.

Was very professionally installed - a large crew came in and did the whole house in about 6 hours, including moving furniture. They clearly were very experienced.
 After 9 months, we still love it. Great carpet, great installation.

The salesman at the store was helpful at pointing out the low-pile carpet that would be a good fit for the area being recarpeted. The installation team from the store was professional and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Very good job overall.  Team was right on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently.  Very professional and even answered a few basic questions about carbet cleaning.  Reasonably priced as well.

I worked with Steve to get the job setup. He was on time to the quote estimate and started right away. The whole process took about 20 minutes which was quick. I went into the store to select the carpet and pad. Pricing was slightly high for two rooms and stairs but after having another quote by Empire, Steve beat their quote by $200. Steve also was very flexible when it came to payment. Due to closing dates he was able to install the carpet the day after closing and offered financing. The installation was very well done, The 3 man crew ripped out the old carpet and installed the new carpet with minimal supervision. The stairs look amazing and they even helped nail down some boards to make sure everything was level before putting the carpet on which I didn't expect them to do. Overall, it was a very good experience and I have a local store that I can go to if there are any issues.

Our salesman, Jason, was fantastic from the moment I walked into the store.  They, of course, have about a thousand different flooring options to choose from which is TOO many options, for me.  I told him I was looking for something that would stand up to high traffic and several pets.  He took me right over to the Smartstrand display - which just happened to be the exact carpet I had been looking at, online.  From start to finish the ordering process was a breeze!  On the day on the installation, the crew of 4 showed up bright and early and got right to work.  I don't know if I've ever seen a crew move as quickly and efficiently as they did.  They were friendly and professional.  The entire project took about 5 hours and they left everything in tip top shape.  WE LOVE OUR NEW CARPET and absolutely recommend AA Carpets!

I am a satisfied customer.  The salesman (Jason) helped steer me to a great carpet to stand up to all the abuse the room takes.  I love it! it's very soft yet sturdy.  The installation crew did a great job - came on time, and even vacuumed the carpet when they finished.
