Re-entered a rental without permission or me present (and for a job we weren’t doing since the tech said it was a wax ring issue and they don’t do those, then trying to charge over $400 for it…then reattaching toilet…why would you do that if it has to be done again to fix the issue)? “Approving” jobs that were not approved by myself. Owner will not provide bond company/policy number (illegal). Techs don’t caulk all the way around the toilet (2x). Do NOT use this company!"

Back when I was raising two babies, my husband and I started a plumbing company, an electrical company, AND a heating and air company. Mr. Michael is a genius with tools, but he did NOT enjoy running 3 big companies, so he asked me to do it. Turns out, I LOVE it!!
