I recently purchased a condo that had a lot of damage which was not disclosed to me, in turn causing mold. Matt came out to do an inspection to assess the damage. He was very thorough on his inspection, explained everything very well. I would highly recommend this company for any of your waterproofing/ restoration needs, they seem very knowledgeable.

The salesman was prompt, courteous and experienced. The workman was timely and did good work. He also kept me informed and showed me the areas that needed special attention.. He also did a good job cleaning up the mess when he finished the job.

Came out quickly and very cleanly removed the drywall and fixed a large crack in my basement that was leaking excessively. It’s been a month since the fix and we’ve had lots of rain, but the fix is holding and I have no more water in my basement.

Paul was very thorough explaining the process and what was needed to correct my basement wall crack/leak. Whole process was completed in a few hours. Very clean too - he laid down mats where heâ d be walking and cleaned up the area afterwards. Iâ ve since had multiple heavy rains and no more water in the basement! Very satisfied. Will update if things change.

PermaDry was the third contractor I contacted to take a look at cracks in my basement foundation. They didn’t try to upsell me like the other two and did great work. After talking with all three, I did more online research and found that everything PermaDry recommended and ultimately did was in accordance with best practices. Honest company fair pricing!

They repaired a crack in my basement wall using very ingenious permanent technology at a reasonable price from the inside of my basement. Very honest. Cleaned up afterwards. As opposed to their competition they individualized what I needed specific to my problem.

They were prompt, professional, tidy, fair-priced. Ive fixed and flipped a few houses in Detroit; this my house. I inspected their work at all stages, and they did everything the right way. They also took plenty of pics and sent them to me. There was both interior and exterior work. From initial same-day appointment thru replacing the dirt it was four days. No drama, no hard sell. And the work was done right. I sleep better now.

Mike came out and did the initial inspection and was very polite and upfront about everything. His team showed up early and got the job done within a few days. They were also all very knowledgeable, polite, and hard working. So far I have not seen any water which is great!

Mr. West was very professional and knowledgeable regarding dealing with my problem.He explained what he was doing and why. The finishing of the jod was well done and did an excellent cleanup job. I was very impressed with the work.

Mike, Megan, Paolo and the rest of the team have been amazing through the whole process of having the new drainage system installed along 60% of my basement. The kind where they jack hammer the floor about 1 foot out from the wall. I couldn't recommend them more. Paolo and his crew are a very well oiled machine. They were amazingly in and out, job complete within 5 hours, which was VERY surprising to me. The price was right and the work was outstanding! Very professional and clean work, and so far my basement is finally dry!

I highly recommend Mike Elinski and his team at Perma Dry. Last winter we had a small leak coming from a hairline crack at about face-height on one of our basement walls. We called Mike and he promptly drove out to have a look. He quoted us a price which we accepted. He then had one of his employees come out to seal the crack. When the work was done Mike and his employee worried that the issue might be something other than the crack. So Mike refused to accept payment even though we insisted. We waited a few months and the problem never reappeared. So we asked him to send us a bill so we could pay him. He refused. Months went by and Metro Detroit got hit with heavy rains. We started noticing leaking near the floor in other areas of the basement. Then on July 24 there was a major downpour and we got about an inch or two of water in our basement. This had nothing to do with the crack that Perma Dry had repaired. We called Mike, and, after he thought it over, he suggested an interior French drain with sump pump. He quoted us a fair price and we accepted. He then sent a team out who performed the work. They were hard workers. Very professional and polite. Got the job done in two days. And they cleaned up after themselves. The city inspectors came out and said they'd done very good work. If you have water issues in your basement, save yourself some time, trouble, money, and hassle and call Perma Dry. Mike and his team will treat you well.

Service was great ! Mike from PermaDry was very honest he didn't try to over charge me for anything I didn't need. We have been so happy with no leaks in basement since they replaced my sump pump. The workers were very professional cleaned up very nicely when they were done. We are extremely happy, the price was very reasonable as well.

Permadry came to my house a year ago to fix a basement wall that was leaking water during rain. Everywhere else want to sell me 10k interior system. The owner was honest in letting me know that while he'd love to sell me a system, he felt my issue was very common and 99% of the time the wall repair fixes the issue. Permadry saved me $$$$$ by being honest and my basement has been bone dry ever since.

Mike was informative and timely in all of our conversations prior to the installation of our French drain. Our backyard held a lot of water after heavy rains due to natural grading and our clay soil. With significant rain in the near term forecast, Mike was able to squeeze us in to insure we would have to push the install back until the water had a chance to dry out (normally a week +). Friendly & professional crew. A definite recommendation from us.
