"I told this customer it would cost more to clean out her mainline drain and when I told him. I needed to come back and get all the roots out of the line they declined me to finish the job and expected me to clean the line for free which I told them I will not do so they left me a bad review."
"This customer said his water heater was leaking and it was not I went there over 3 times for free to look for this leak that they stated there was I have known this customer work over 10 years and have been good to him and his wife trying to make them happy with all the work I was able to perform there and makes me feel said that I could not find any leak to his new water heaters and only was mad because I would not rip them out and replace them again I told him he had condensation build-up on his water lines but he insisted it was coming from the new water heaters I install and it was not."
"This customer is only complaining about drywall work done by the electrician who did a terrible job with the drywall. All my work was without any problems other than what the electrician did to mess up the drywall and did not know how to fix it, so I went ahead and came back on my own and fixed the drywall that he messed up. It was not my job to fix other peoples problems, but I did try my best at no cost to fix the drywall. I told him he needed to have a professional person to come out here and fix the drywall. This is what happens when you go beyond."
