We recently had our sump pump system replaced by National Pro Waterproofing and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I bought my house in 5/2016. Since then the house has developed sever draining issues and flooded several times in a non flood zone during heavy rain. I put in a Sub pump and it couldnt keep up with heavy rain. Mike was very quick to set up an estimate once he got the lead. He understood the full scope of the issue and took the time to get everything i needed. Mike and his team scheduled the job quickly, worked efficiently and completed the job same day. The price was great and when curveballs were there during the job they handled them too The drainage is not 100% fixed but what they did made it 95% better. Itll be a while until i stop freaking out when i hear the word "Rain" and i still monitor drainage during rain. It has only rained twice since the work was done. I have since called mike for another unrelated plumbing issue and he got me in touch with his plumber same day. I plan call NPA when i do more needed drainage work. Photos not uploading

National Pro Waterproofing did an amazing job in our basement. Mike got us scheduled quickly, was professional and addressed any concerns I had. He showed up on time with his very experienced crew and they got the job done in one day. They worked quickly, neatly and even put up a plastic barrier to keep the dust from spreading out of the work area. They left the work area immaculate. I highly recommend National Pro Waterproofing!

Upon the day of the job he joined the team of highly qualified workmen and helped the foreman so they worked together to complete the job with excellent results. They identified several additional items that needed repair and gladly addressed those while on the job. Great Work! Hello. I had a French Drain installed. Water was literally sitting in my walls. The Team came over On Time. They covered spaces to keep dust from accumulating on my personal items and worked diligently to get the job done. The clean up was magnificent. With this kind of work there are rocks, dirt and concrete coming and going. You would never know they were there upon completion. I had mold that had been treated prior to this work and Mike, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure that it was taken care of. Lastly and most importantly, it's been raining for the past week and a half and I see no watery walls. I hear the new sump pump they installed doing its work. I'm very pleased with my new French Drain. Highly recommend. Thank you Mike and your Team!

I highly recommend National Pro Waterproofing for all of your basement waterproofing needs. I had a complex job that included over 200 feet of an internal french drain system, several sump pumps, several window drains, several foundation wall repairs, a couple of floor drains, and a discharge line with a pop up drain emitter that was dug as a trench by existing landscaping outside to move water away from the foundation. Such a job can be overwhelming especially with active moisture infiltration, but National Pro Waterproofing made it seamless from start to finish and completed the job in just 2 days, which was very impressive. From the extremely responsive communication to the attention to detail of their craft, I could not be happier with their service and how it was all coordinated. The entire team arrived on time, cleaned all areas, and provided guidance on how to maintain a functional system for years to come. I now have peace of mind that my basement is safe from any moisture.
