"I had called Pipey when I had an emergency leak under my sink. I got a call immediately within minutes and they gave me an appointment. I got a text that my appointment was confirmed. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable. I paid them using my phone which was also very convenient for me. Overall, it was a great experience."

"LP had the flood in 8/2020 & my basement wouldn't stop backing up for 4 weeks. I had 3 plumbers come and couldn't fix it, told me my backyard needed to be dug up, furnace needed to be moved. HA referred Bill, he immediately called on a Sunday, scheduled me for Monday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on Tues. Bill & his crew, were the best. After dealing with so many plumbers, I was very emotional & he was patient, kind & made sure I fully understood the problem & how they were going to fix it.
