She knows how to combine different plants so that there is color and contrast throughout the year. She has suggested both bigger projects and more modest adjustments I could make to improve my property, allowing me to decide based on my objectives at the time. She has done an excellent job on both Spring and Fall cleanups and touch ups in between. Most recently, she worked on my property as I was preparing to put my home up for sale. "Paver work was good. French drain did not reduce back yard water pooling issue. Used dirt that was removed for French drain to build up top soil flower bed. Dirt was full of sod pieces, clay and roots. Had to dig up and remove garbage dirt myself."

"I hired MAC Landscaping & Design in May 2020 to install a French Drain and subsequent regrading for the backyard. My neighbor told me this would be a waste of money as â environmental engineers,â â city officials,â and â multiple companiesâ she contacted said the pooling of water couldnâ t be fixed. Mike came to my home, took detailed measurements, and told me (with confidence) he could give me a dry backyard. One year later, after the snow came and melted, after downpours and freezing temps, I saw the proof that his design worked, and now I watch my neighbors deal with stagnant water while I enjoy a beautiful, healthy lawn. But my main reason for writing this review (as I typically do not) is for the back patio Mike installed off my kitchen. During Mikeâ s initial visit for the French Drain, I had inquired about wood or vinyl decking and what he would charge to install one. I had received quotes for both materials from several companies and wanted to see how Mikeâ s would compare. Mike explained why he wouldnâ t recommend this for my yard (issues related to moisture) and suggested a raised paver patio instead. Within a week, I was sent a 3D design detailing the layout and explaining the costs. Not only was his design esthetically pleasing, but it also cost less than the wood or vinyl decking. I agreed and have never been happier with the results of a home project. This patio and backyard have been a lifesaver for me! I saw how Mike and his crew worked; they were on time, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable! Being so please with the backyard, I ended up having the front of my home redone. Mike installed a beautiful walkway and large front porch (to match the back) and planted shrubs, flowers, put down mulch, and lighting. I honestly canâ t say enough good things about Mike and MAC Landscaping & Design! Thanks, Mike!"

"I contacted Browning Family Landscaping to get a quote on a complete redo of my front yard. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and came out the next day to give me an estimate. He wrote a quote on the spot and was actually able to complete the job THAT DAY! My yard looks amazing. Mr Browning was kind and respectful. He really listened to what we wanted. "I had a crack and large leak in my main lawn irrigation line and went on here to try to find someone who could fix it fast as my grass was starting to die. Mo was the first person to respond to my query and very quickly reached out to me within minutes of putting through my request. He was polite and knowledgeable and after sending him a few photos of my issue he said he knew exactly what needed to be done. We agreed on a very fair repair cost and he offered to come out to do the repair even though it was on a Sunday. When he arrived he spent the time to explain to me exactly what he was going to do and about how long it would take. After thoroughly completing the repair he even took the time to answer some other questions I had about my system and also helped me adjust some of my other zones to make them work better. I would absolutely recommend Mo and would hire him again for future jobs. Thank you and great job!"
