Valerie D. Requested installation of a water heater. The old one rusted out and leaked onto the floor. Jeff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. He recommended a high quality, affordable replacement. His son and nephew delivered the new heater within a few days and installed it in a few hours. They were very professional, knowledgeable, personable and explained steps that were required as the work progressed. Jeff even came out to personally introduce himself and to make sure the project was running smoothly. The work area and floor were cleaned thoroughly upon completion of the job. I used this company, which was unknown to me, for the first time. I was comfortable with my decision and would call them again for my plumbing needs.
