"Make sure to pack your patience with this contractor, but that is what everyone should know, who has never hired a contractor before. Their team works great together, and Bradley is very patient, and will listen to your concerns. This also was the only contractor in my area that would remove the old asbestos ceramic tile siding! He also had to re-build wood under a huge window that needed replaced, and was excellent at his skill! On the downside, his team does not completely pick up and still found a few screws, nails, pieces of wood on lawn and back porch. But highly quality work!"

Put new tar paper and put new vents in tore out all the old wet moldy insulation and replaced it and made everything like new at least 15 sheets of plywood and the new fiberglass paper. "We needed a new roof on our house.  We also needed new skylights.I was referred to Rapid Home Improvement (RHI) from Mark Pytiak of Green Home Energy, who had done some work in my home. I had estimates from 4 different roofing/home improvement companies to which I had been referred.  From my first contact with Mike Beaty of Rapid Home Improvement, I knew this was the company I wanted to use.  Mike Beaty promptly returned my first phone call and came to my house on time to look at my roof on the date we agreed upon.  He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.  He took as much time as I needed to help me understand his recommendations.  He went up on my roof and took pictures to show me where there were holes and shingles missing.  He sent me a very detailed estimate the next day.  He answered all my questions while waiting for me to decide who to use for this job.  He provided references upon request and answered any follow up questions I had.  We negotiated a price for the job that was satisfactory to us both.  His workers showed up on time on the agreed upon start date. The new roof and skylights were installed over 2 days without incident.  The workers cleaned up my property well and nothing was damaged.  One of the solar shades on one of the skylights was not aligned properly.  The worker who was in charge of this part of the job very pleasantly solved the problem once I brought it to his attention.  Mike Beaty followed up in person to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied.  We were very satisfied and have had no problems with the new roof or skylights.
