After the information was emailed to Ken, he provided me with a detailed quote and included the business license and certificate of liability insurance for Building Decommission Services, LLC/BDS. The quote was the lowest out of 3 companies that I had contacted. The work crew arrived on time though the company name on the truck and their shirts was Global Green Service. When I asked the foreman about that, he said that they were all the same company. He was courteous and answered all my questions and they got right to work. When done, he asked me to look over the area and be sure that I was satisfied. They did a great job and a thorough clean up. The foreman also took photos of the completed job.

Put new tar paper and put new vents in tore out all the old wet moldy insulation and replaced it and made everything like new at least 15 sheets of plywood and the new fiberglass paper. "Bill Beaty, the owner provided a very comprehensive presentation of the Roofing System that he was proposing for our job.  He offered three different grades of roofing shingles that gave me a  good set of product options.  I appreciated his technical professionalism with the product and his company's process.  It was a pretty big roof replacement project and Rapid brought out a sizeable crew that completely removed the old roof and installed the large majority of the new roof on the first day.  The crew completely cleaned up the area around the house before they left for the night.  A smaller crew returned on the second day and completed the job by mid afternoon and again completely cleaned up the perimeter of our house before leaving for the day.  Rapid was very flexible on the payment options including a one-year-same-as-cash option.  I found Bill Beaty to be very willing to make the extra effort to ensure that I was fully satisfied.  I was so impressed with the Rapid Home Improvement performance that I contracted with them again to replace a number of windows as a follow-up project.  He sub-contracted the work to an excellent Windows replacement team and again went out of his way to make sure that all issues were quickly and effectively addressed."
