I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. "My crawl space had a strange smell, kind of like mildew only really strong. FSM came out and inspected the crawl space (on a Saturday) and gave a thorough explanation of what was causing the smell (mold, actually) and what needed to be done. They put me on their schedule and also on standby in case someone cancelled. The installation crew was great. They took about 4-5 hours to install the Vapor Loc Elite system in my crawl space. Before they got started they used a spray to kill all of the mold. There wasn't any bad smell from the spray or the vapor loc system they put in place. They even went above & beyond by taking pictures of some plumbing issues (2 water pipes and a sewer pipe that were in bad shape) they discovered that needed immediate attention that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. I would definitely recommend them. It was a bit expensive, but well worth it."
