"Randal C. Was our electrical technician. He was phenomenal and delivered hands down the best customer service we've ever had with contract work in general. He was patient while multiple questions were asked and deliivered his answers in terms that were easy to understand. Service professor has a real rockstar on their hands with this guy. It took a couple days to get the entire service completed but it was done right and with quality service. Also, every interaction on the phone with dispatch and customer service was top notch! From scheduling to completion! We will definitely be using this company for futue work. We also purchased the MVP program. Seems like a good deal for maintanence & service for electrical, plumbing, sewer, HVAC at discounted rates. Thank you Randal at Service Professor. We will be requesting you for future work. "Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"Very professional people working for this business... from the salesperson who came to explain the whole process to the installer. The installer was extremely neat and arrived on time which I appreciated. I hate when workers arrive late to the job and you're stuck waiting. He did an awesome job, too! No mess to clean up after him, either, which was nice. Very happy with the product, so far. The only reason I'm giving it a slightly lower mark for the value is because it is a bit costly. However, since the bathtub to shower conversion is for an older relative, it's worth the money, Very glad I hired BathPlanet."

There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"I emailed them after the close of business yesterday. Before 8:30 this morning they had a cancellation and called to ask if they could send someone out. 
Steve came out, looked at it, told me their rates (which I accepted), and got right to work. He was very pleasant, professional, and quick about it. The whole project was completed by 10 am.
I have had 2 other handymen and an appliance repair shop refuse the job because of either the tight quarters or the second-story installation. 
My Handyman does have a trip charge and a 1-hour minimum, so before I call again I will have a half day of stuff to be done to spread out that trip charge. I will definitely have them back.
