Both teams were very professional. Their work was exceptional. They were so polite and fast. The new showers are BEAUTIFUL!!! Could I suggest though that Jacuzzi would do well to sell towel racks, toilet paper dispensers, and faucets for the sink as well as other necessities to make the shower look even better, at Costco maybe.
The whole experience was delightful. I know we will all enjoy the new showers. We were excited, now we are delighted. Thank you.

Jason and Jared were the two men that came to our home on 11-17-25. From the moment they arrived they were polite,friendly, and professional. They kept our home clean while they worked, and informed us of their actions. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality job in their home. They completed the job in one day. We are very happy with their work. It was a very enjoyable experience.

19k and this is what they left us with, look closely at the floor and wall and the TON of dust we had to clean not to mention the window (they were supposed to cover up. I guess they thought that just meant the inside only .... PLEASE save your money and go with a decent but much cheaper company for our TINY BR would could have gotten a FULL remodel Now we are in a POOR city and my mom is almost 90 and the walk in was for HER benefit. It?s disgusting to know they take the elderly money an figured since we are in a poor city they could do a shabby job at our site, I bet they haven?t left other folks in higher income cities, floor, wall and window looking like someone did demolition at the end nor a BR full of DUST. I will be reviewing and filing a complaint with BBB as well. Save your money go with Hansons or anyone else you could pay half and probably STILL get a better finished ?overall? outcome than what we got

Although Brayden, the lead installer did a wonderful job replacing the shower with an absolutely beautiful bathtub, there were a few details that make me a little disappointed. First, when we agreed to have this project, we were promised that it would only take one day, it took 2 days. We were also told that the water would only be turned off for 3 hours, it was off from 08:30 to 6PM, over 9 hours. The vertical trim piece both isn’t centered on the window handle nor is it centered on the lower vertical trim piece. Thankfully the finished project is an absolute awesome bathtub.

When we hired Bathworks to remove the existing shower and install a new shower that had a floor pan that was lower to the ground and a shower that was alot bigger, we knew that we were hiring the best professionals we could find. The new walls for the shower extend up over 6 feet. They also installed a safety handrail that is a holder for all types of containers for shampoos, conditioners and bath soaps. They were finished in seven hours. The glass doors are fabulous! The commercial shower faucets are very nice. They had even checked the length of time it took to fill a container from our old shower and compared with the new shower where we now have more water pressure. They installed two handrails in the shower, so we?ll never be worried about falling in the shower.? I want to thank Keegan and Caleb for a wonderful job. Thank you, Bathworks for all you did for us!

Cole,Koby, and Tyler were great very professional they worked great together. They cared about protecting our house. They worked from 8 am to 6.30 pm with no breaks just meticulousl work on details. It was great to have these guys love doing their job in our house and doing such a nice job 👍.
