"Bathworks did a great job installing our new soaker tub and shower. "The process was easy to schedule & finance, had to wait a little while to get all the pieces to schedule the job but seeing the pieces were all custom made it was expected. "The installation crew was very professional and kept me updated with the progress of the completed work. Completed work included: Installation, City inspection and approval, Electrician for the dedicated line for the sump pump and finished with concrete. I was responsible for having the plumber come in to disconnect and reinstall hot water tank and laundry tub. Quite a big job that went very smoothly."

"Bath Fitters end product was fine...but had to comeback for a full second day to redo shower walls not installed quite right. No extra charge but took a day out of my life. I am pleased with the final result"
