I called them out to see if a garbage disposal would fit under our sink with current plumbing. The man scoffed at being asked to wear a mask, angrily put it on and proceeded to come in and start tossing things around (his tools, my garbage disposal parts) and undoing my work by removing the sink flange and adding plumbers putty even though I explained that the garbage disposal instructions recommended against it. Only after undoing my work in the sink, he then determined that the garbage disposal would not fit with the plumbing, which was the whole reason I had called them out. He finished in less than 15 minutes and charged $98. He actually gave me more work because I had to clean off the putty that he put on before I could return the garbage disposal. Very rude to deal with. Office was no help.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. They came out to our home because we were experiencing Carbon monoxide, we trusted them to at least find out what the problem was and not just guess and hope. However, after a few hours, our home was again filled with Carbon Monoxide. The lack of knowledge and unwillingness to want to be there because it was an after-hours emergency call is uncalled for. When we called to express our frustration with the company, we were only provided excuses on the service provided. VERY DISAPOINTED.

Excellent. Assessment & Qoute: They came out and assessed my home within a three days of calling for a quote. Within three days of the assessment, I received a quote via email with the make and model numbers of all the equipment, the services being performed. It included all electrical work, taxes, and permits. They were the lowest price on the best unit of four installers I contacted. Work Approval: I asked many questions on the utility discounts, system manufacturer warranties, and system features over other manufacturers. All questions were answered professionally, completely, and by the next business day. Work: Work was scheduled within two weeks of 50% payment up front. The size of the job was scheduled for two day, but was finished in one long day ( they worked through lunch). Three technicians showed up on site and on time with all the equipment and materials needed. The electrician was professional and showed up and finished on time. All three head units were installed and all lines were in closed in a heavy duty track. All trash and work areas were cleared of trash and debris. All holes were caulked and sealed from the elements. Before leaving they went over each unit and discussed it's operations and features. They answered all my technical questions and explained each task as they were doing it. Final payment was due upon completion of the work. Overall I am very satisfied with their work, and I have confidence the system they recommended and installed would provide me trouble free heating and cooling for years to come. I will definately call them again for service. Three months later: After three months, the system has been running as expected with no issues. My monthly utility bill has dropped $150-200 a month from the same time last year. I paid the price on the quote. There were no hidden fees.

Work was done quickly

Prompt service and the technician communicated well about arrival time. Technician was knowledgeable and explained the problem clearly. I feel comfortable he diagnosed the problem, identified the correct repairs, and completed the work promptly. Prices were typical for the work. I would hire again

Both technicians were punctual and performed their services very well. The plumber seemed very knowledgeable and provided several tips.

He does a thorough job on a/c installation and everything has worked wonderfully since he left.

woke up this morning to a cold house. checked furnace and it was on but no heat. Found Brooklyn Heating and Plumbing on Angies list and seemed like they had all good reviews so I gave them a call. The guy who answered was very polite and said he could have someone out within the hour. I called at 9:30 and at 10:30 Don showed up. He was very nice and went right to work. he found it was the ignition and by 11:00 he said it was fixed. He also noticed another small issue that I had some debris in the inlet pipe from outside and it was affecting the heat of the flame so he cleaned it for me. From first phone call to finish was done in under 2 hours and cost me only 168.00. I will definitely use these guys again, they are great!

Went exceptionally well. I got numerous bids and this was mid- to- low range. Provided written estimate (some companies would only give me verbal estimate), came out and looked at my situation, always responded quickly to phone contact, etc. Arrived on time for scheduled appt and got the work done in a timely fashion. I only gave a slight ding for "professionalism" because clean-up could have been better.

Rep was very knowledgeable of air flow and furnaces, etc.  Helped work out glitches with home but in no way pushy.  Listened to customer's concerns and very professional.  Worked with us regarding the disposal of old furnace unit too.

I found them to be excellent and dependable. We just had a recent problem last week and the house is vacant but I felt comfortable enough with them to leave a key and have them go in and check out the boiler and do anything they had to do. I just wanted to mention their excellent service.

They've been great to work with overall!

They did all the finish work in the kitchen as far as hooking up the drains, sink and things of that nature.  I would say they were totally more reasonable, they charged $450 for their work.
