"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

"I conducted a thorough review of companies for this work and obtained 4 separate bids. The quality of the window (factory is in Monroe MI), professionalism of the family staff and the customer service of the installation team was second to none. Thankful I chose them!"

"We had an issue with sliding glass doors in our sunroom. They were sticking on the tracks, some of the rollers were bad and one of the doors could barely open or close at all. The problem was that these are old, custom size doors. Other companies had come out to bid and decided it was too complex to fix and tried to sell us new doors. I knew that they could be fixed- I just hadn’t found the right company yet. That is when I contacted S&T Lock N Key. Sam came out, diagnosed the problem and came back within a day or so to fix everything. The job was more difficult than he predicted and took him a lot longer. But when it came time to pay him, he did not jack up his quote, he said “a deal is a deal “ and just asked for the original bid. That is integrity. Excellent skills, great work ethic and honesty like this don’t happen every day. I would recommend him highly and hire him again in a minute. Five stars plus!"

"A wonderful experience all around! We had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. Highly Recommend!"

"The installation was done quickly. Installers were friendly and polite, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after installation of the windows."

"They were very efficient and completed the project in a timely manner ."

"LivingSpace Detroit could not have been a better contractor and partner on the addition of our Four Seasons Room. The appearance of the room is far superior to competitors, in my opinion. Specifically, the clean look of the fiberglass and composite construction eliminates face screws, improves the glass to solid ratio, and vastly improves the insulation quality, while offering choices of color that is inherent to the material and not painted on. The contracting and engineering teams are polite, professional and knowledgeable. In our installation, we cooperated on the installation, permit, and building inspection and did so seamlessly. In my opinion, they are a superior contractor, with a superior product."

"Initially we were not notified ahead of time of the arrival of the materials. They arrived early and banged on the door, my wife had to answer the door in her robe. After that things went pretty smoothly. The crew showed up promptly and got right to work. There was not much communication with the crew, since they didnâ t speak English much. The forman did speak English and that was fine; however, a change in the flashing appearance on our front porch roof could have been better communicated as to why it was changed, and the benefit of the change. Overall good job, thanks."
