Each person knew exactly what they were supposed to do and worked well as a team. They showed great care in covering the floors to avoid tracking. They removed the old windows, prepared openings for the new windows & installed them. They cleaned up very well when the job was completed. They showed us how to clean the windows and explained the security feature for leaving the windows open a little. During the first rainstorm I was impressed that there were no drafts and great seals on the windows. No wind, bugs or dirt were blowing in through seams or cracks like we had with the old windows. He even transported some of the material from the lumber yard to my house at no cost (As we needed more material). As the old deck was rotting and we needed to change much more lumber than was anticipated Tom did not charge me anything extra for his efforts. They went above and beyond my expectation on this project. Tom also kept me and my wife informed about the schedule on this project. It was completed on time and within budget.
