Each person knew exactly what they were supposed to do and worked well as a team. They showed great care in covering the floors to avoid tracking. They showed us how to clean the windows and explained the security feature for leaving the windows open a little. I also appreciated their candor Tom only quoted for labor and helped me to procure the material required for the deck install. He even transported some of the material from the lumber yard to my house at no cost (As we needed more material).
